May be included in addition to address numbers or in place of them if the route is unaddressed. A value is required if the road is unaddressed, like most interstates, otherwise the field is optional. Example: Mile Marker 231.5. PLC: Place Type – the type of feature identified by the address. The domain for this attribute is from RFC 4589. LONG: Longitude in decimal degreesLAT: Latitude in decimal degreesELEV: Elevation (m above sea level)LABEL: A composite of the street number and naming information with the unit number in proper case for cartographic use. The current status of the segment. Valid values for this attribute are: OPEN (road open to vehicle traffic), CLOSED (road closed to vehicle traffic), NOT BUILT (the road is platted or planned but no road has yet been built)TRAVEL: Travel Direction. Direction of travel on divided roadways. LRSKEY: Linear Reference System Key. Unique identifier within the KDOT road network, allowing the centerline segment to be related back to the KDOT LRSEXCEPTION: Status of the feature of an exception to the standard.
