Service Description: The polygon in this feature class originated from the US Census Bureau's TIGER/Line Shapefiles database. Douglas County GIS staff modified the shape in March 2016 to make it coincident with current parcel boundaries as well as LiDAR data along the Kansas River.
Attributes include:
OBJECTID: System-generated unique identifier within this feature class.
NAMELSAD: County's official name (field name comes from the US Census Bureau, a "concatenated variable length geographic area name and legal/statistical area description")
SHAPE: System-generated description of the type of geometric object stored in this feature class.
GlobalID: System-generated unique identifier required for replicating data among database replicas.
SHAPE.STArea(): System-generated calculation of the polygon's area, measured in square feet.
SHAPE.STLength(): System-generated calculation of the polygon's perimeter, measured in feet.
