ESN_C: ESN Centerline. The emergency service number of the road centerline (The ESN of the actual centerline may be different than the ESN_L and the ESN_R. Example: when a city has annexed the land on both sides of the road right-of-way, but not the road itself. If that is the case, the data steward can populate the optional [ESN_C] field to record the ESN of the actual centerline. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

SURFACE: Surface Material. Basic road surface description. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
